Go tell it to the mountain

So today is Easter 2008. Not a bad day I must say. It was a good time with the family. My Uncle Mike is doing well and I gain more respect for him as I get older. Glenn was his usual self, funny of course. Bob and Fam are all well. Sis was there with the Kids and it is good to see the babies. All my cousins,good,good. So all and all not a bad way to spend a day.I actually look forward to the family gatherings. I always have. We are a good group of people.I would say on both sides.I always liked to hear my other uncles talk as well. My uncle John speaks allot like my father did. It would be nice to see him sooner or later. When it came to my Dad I always liked to hear him tell stories. I could sit and listen forever. I think partly because it made him happy to speak of simpler times. It also reminded me of where I came from and who I am.So this post is really about all the good people I've been lucky enough to have around. We have our faults and we've had our hard times but at the end of the day it's all good. Peace -C
